The ladies have not stopped talking firstly about your wonderful work, Dietmar, secondly about your home and the wonderful view you have, and thirdly, about your warm hospitality. Our visit to you was a highlight of the day.

14:17 08-13-2009 Chet & Limor: Dear Mr Dietmar and Lesley.Having circumnavigated the globe a few times,i have never seen sculptures of such a world class proportion.you are a talented professional,and we are very proud to have you in South Africa and associated with our heritage.You were the first to introduce ice carvings and butter scluptures in Mauritius and this tradition every hotel followed after.We recent ly visited your workshop ,not only we were amazed with the work you do,,but the location,and the effort you did to put the whole place together,,,,,its a life time of effort.we have seen your work displayed overseas and this makes us very proud to see a little home away from home.

South Africa; As the crow flies, I live about 1.5 - 2 km from you, and have done so for 11 years. I have driven past your house & studion umpteen times. I have never realised what beauty lies behind the sign boards - until now - thanks to a school Arts & Culture project with which I (grudgingly) helped out my daughter. I strongly believe thta she should do her own research for projects, but you know how how teenagers can be - they wait until a day or two before the deadline, and then Mon & Dad must help. Thanks to her tardiness, I have discovered your beautiful work!
